Links to all tools used are below. Rounding over small pieces on the CNC machine using the item no. 56142 1/16″ radius point roundover bit. Using the Stepcraft M.700 CNC machine, available on our website, I started off doing a profile cut with the Amana Tool item no. 46176-K 1/8″ Spektra™ coated compression bit.

After cutting the profile with the compression bit I then used the point roundover bit to ease over these edges, much safer than trying to hold these small letters on the router table. I set up the toolpath using the same line I cut the profile on doing an outside the line profile cut for a perfect rounded edge! #short #shorts
