?Laser cutting of leather is used both for cutting the material for specific products and for decorating it: cutting out lace patterns and applying original drawings and logos. Leather thickness varies from 0,4 to 6 mm and depends on the features of the animal and methods of leather working. Thin leather up to 2 mm is usually used to make backings, cardholders, and book covers. Purses, sheaths, holsters are made from 2-3 mm leather. 3-4 mm leather is used for bags, 4 mm for suitcases, and the thickest leather – for belts.
