The APC is a super fast, all-round profiling robot. This cutting line can profile any conceivable 3D-profile (pipes, hollow sections, HEA, HEB and IPE beams angle bar, T-bar). Kjellberg’s High Definition Plasma system combined with a Staubli robot that rotates around the material provides an unsurpassed cutting result.
A highly advanced vision system enables the APC to measure the pipe, beam, hollow section or other profile and then compensate the deviations in the material, and subsequently adjust the robot cutting paths to ensure perfect fitting.
