The Barbaric NST Nesting Picker enables the fully automatic unloading of parts after CNC machining on nested based routers.
A camera-based vision system detects the actual position of all processed parts and allows the operator-free pickup of the parts through our handling system.
Finished parts can be stacked onto pallets or conveyor belts for further processing on other machines. This allows a highly efficient operation of the CNC machine with minimal downtimes and hardly any operator interaction for unloading parts. ?
