Cutting one of the sheets for the CNC workbench made with the Stepcraft Q.408 4’x8′ CNC machine with the Pneumatic Automatic Dust Boot, links to everything used below! I started with the Amana Tool item no. 45624-K 60° Spektra™ coated v-groove bit to cut in the part names to make assembly easier.

The Auto-Tool Changer dropped off the v-bit and picked up the #55202 3/8″ x 1/8″ diameter countersink bit to drill our all of the countersinks where screws will go.

Depth of cut: .725″
Drilling Toolpath: Peck drill retract .125″ at .25″ depth per pass

All of the profiles were then cut with the #46172-K 3/8″ Spektra™ coated compression bit. After that the skeleton was removed and we can move on to the last 3/4″ sheet and assemble the workbench parts.
