CNC hot wire cutting machine for high accuracy cutting EPS blocks on boards. It is required to have EPS boards with accurate thickness to produce high-quality SIPs to have possibilities to connect the panels. Unfortunately, it is hard to buy EPS boards with needed accuracy and SIPs manufacturers meet a problem when the panels can not be easily connected because EPS board thickness is less than the thickness of the connection beams. Also, this machine allows making the technological channels inside of the core of the SIPs.
