Check out our latest sign making video as we cut a wood and acrylic marquee sign on a CNC router. For a reflective effect, we first shape the letters on a layer of glossy acrylic mirror. We then place it on top of Baltic Birch plywood to give it a nice 3D result. The automatic tool changer on this CNC machine made it convenient and easy to create this project quickly.
