A brief overview of the machine including inside the finished electrical and pump/air solenoid enclosure cabinets followed by some footage of the first part being machined.
This part was cut with 12mm DOC, 1mm stepover and 1400mm/min. This was quickly realised to be too slow a feed rate as the machine didn’t seem to be struggling at all, so the feed rate was overridden to around 2000mm/min. It could probably go faster but I thought i’d let it finish at least one part before I broke something 😉
