We designed a part for our new PreciousPlastic Injection moulding machine from Plasticpreneur. The part was modelled up, then 3D printed sample, modified and re-printed and finally converted into a mould to be machined on our x-carve. It took a long time and we broke 8 end mills, seven 2mm ball end cutters and one ⅛ inch flat end cutter.
The final product is average, hoping some water paper and a day of elbow grease will make it usable, otherwise we will need to redo it.
