This video shows the Mill it Mega CNC milling machine machining C250 Aluminium jig plate. The CNC controlled milling machine runs on profiled linear rails and has 25mm ballscrews. The machine design has proved exceptionally rigid and excels in Aluminium. The spindle used here was a 2kW spindle with double angle contact bearings.
