Second cut with our Hobby CNC Routing Machine UK101-HBS, our website is cnc4you.co.uk feel free to checkout our products, we have no previous experience of cutting wood or 2.5D cutting using 3D imported files into CamBam. we cut with a 2 Flute 6mm ballnose cutter and should have put in a roughing offset in the first roughing cut as you will see at that the finish is marked where cut depth is below finish cut. as this is the first attempt we didn’t push the values much 1200mm feedrate. Sorry for quality we are engineers but hope you enjoy the video. Actual time of cut was 44 minutes.
