How to find a machine alarm on a Miyano CNC lathe with a Fanuc 18-TB control.
This is a brief overview on the steps to get to the machine alarm section of the PMC (PLC) diagnostics in the control. The machine alarms are the machine tool builder side of the machine, that works in conjunction with the Fanuc motion control side. These are not the same as NC alarms or Fanuc alarms that appear on the screen in a message.
