VOLTER CNC Routers Overview (Options and Features)

VOLTER Tech s.r.o. is producing an industrial 3-axis CNC Routers for sign-making, woodworking, moldmaking, producing of POS/POI, cutting of aluminium composite panels for facade cladding, high-precision manufacturing of various parts of machinery, and more applications.

VOLTER CNC Routers making cutting and milling (including 3-D milling), milling cutting, drilling, chamfering, trimming, boring, slotting, grooving, engraving, notching, V-turning, 3D-processing and swinging blade cutting of various sheet materials: plastics, acrylic glass, composite materials, wood, medium density fibreboard, woodchip board, non-ferrous metals, artificial stones (melamine), vinyl, sheet leather and other.

VOLTER Company is producing a several basic models of CNC Routers with a different size of routing area – from 1610 x 1610 mm up to 6200 x 2150 mm, and various gantry clearance (160mm, 250mm, 350mm or 450mm).

VOLTER CNC Routers built for non-stop 24/7 operations and based on all-welded thermally annealed heavy-duty steel frame, guaranteed a high strength and stability without any special installation site.

Used in VOLTER CNC Routers a powerful and reliable HSD spindles with rotation speed up to 24,000 rpm provides an incredible speed and high precision cutting and milling.

The accuracy of VOLTER CNC Routers is 0.025 mm.

Helical racks, servo motors and planetary gearheads used in VOLTER CNC Routers provides high repeat accuracy and moving speed up to 600 mm/sec for optimum performance of the CNC router.

User-friendly multi-language operator’s interface with 15” TFT touch screen monitor make available an easy and effective control of VOLTER CNC Router.

For different cutting and milling applications VOLTER CNC Routers could be equipped with a various options, like vacuum hold-down multi-zone system, automatic tool changer system, IP-camera, tangential knife, lubrication and cooling system, dual spindles option, dust shoes, etc.
